🏃 Joining Heath Massive Run Club
We’re always excited to welcome new runners! 🎉
To keep everyone safe and organised, there are three simple steps before you can join a session:
1️⃣ Complete the Registration Form
This captures your details, emergency contacts, and confirms you can run 5K without stopping. (form further down, keep reading)..
2️⃣ Sign Up on Spond
All runners (trial or members) must also register on Spond and book into the session they plan to attend.
👉 This ensures your emergency contact details are securely available to our run leaders and we know who to expect. (Ensure you enter your emergecy contact in the Spond App)
👉 If you’re not signed up on Spond, unfortunately you won’t be able to join the run.
✅ Why do we do this?
-
It keeps everyone safe with emergency info available if needed.
-
It avoids GDPR issues (your details are stored securely, not shared in emails).
-
It makes life easier for our volunteer leaders, who know exactly who’s attending.
