Heath Massive is a friendly social running club based at Heath Park in Cardiff. We run regular 5K, 8K and 10K sessions throughout the week, supported by qualified run leaders and coaches. Our main club sessions are open to adults aged 18+ who can comfortably run 5K without stopping.

New runners can try the club before joining, and we also run Couch to 5K programmes for people building towards their first 5K. Heath Massive is affiliated with Welsh Athletics and welcomes runners looking for a friendly, supportive running community in Cardiff.
